The stress brought about by our modern life, with its frantic pace and the physical, emotional and psychological pressures it exerts on us, causes the majority of the ailments we suffer from today. Due to the close link between mind and body, when our body is subjected to a lot of stress, it can negatively impact our mental state and, reciprocally, mental stress can impact our health.

Thanks to relaxation, we can restore the balance of our inner being, and improve our health and mental state.

WHAT IS A SELF-RELAXATION CLASS LIKE?

You will discover and practice a series of techniques based on Schultz’s autogenic training and Jacobson’s progressive muscular relaxation methods. Lying on a massage table or an exercise mat, you will learn to reach and experience deeper and deeper states of relaxation, thanks to a wide range of physical and mental exercises aimed at raising consciousness, improving concentration and orientating mind activity.

The training requires 8 sessions. We recommend one weekly guided session so that you have time to practice the techniques and exercises at home between two sessions. You may take individual or group classes.
